Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Create a GUI to setup libraries (like the CLI) and run / follow synchronization process. The GUI process could probably run a parallel process / thread to run the synchronization and all operations that are done with the CLI.
